As we navigate through the uncertainty arising from Covid-19 in Fiji, We wish to assure our customers and all other stakeholders of our commitment in ensuring uninterrupted service. In view of the lockdown in some places and potential difficulties faced by our staff in maintaining normal service levels, we announce the following measure to ease the inconvenience caused
- New India Assurance customers can transact with us by depositing New & renewal premium directly in our bank accounts with Bank of Baroda.
- All normal services are available through our Agents and we encourage customers to transact through agents and avoid visits to office
- While we try to ensure uninterrupted service, you may escalate your urgent requirements to the following contacts
We will try to restore the normal branch operations at the earliest depending on the impact of Covid-19 in the next few weeks and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused.
